Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “mandatory ceiling amount” means—
(A) $107,255,000 with respect to Puerto Rico;
(B) $4,686,000 with respect to Guam;
(C) $3,554,000 with respect to the Virgin Islands; and
(D) $1,000,000 with respect to American Samoa.
