miscellaneous electric load
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term "miscellaneous electric load" means electricity that—
(A) is used by an appliance or device—
(i) within a building; or
(ii) to serve a building; and
(B) is not used for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, water heating, or refrigeration.
