Native entity

Defined in 4 places across 3 titles of the United States Code.

The term “Native entity” has the meaning given the term in section 6415 of this title, as added by this division.

The term “Native entity” means—

(A) a Tribal Government;

(B) an Alaska Native village or Regional or Village Corporation, as defined in or established pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.);

(C) a Native Hawaiian organization, as that term is defined in section 7517 of title 20;

(D) the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands; and

(E) the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

(A) an Indian Tribe;

(B) an Alaska Native Corporation;

(C) a Native Hawaiian organization (as defined in section 7517 of title 20;

(D) the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands; and

(E) the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

(A) An Indian Tribe (as defined in section 5304 of title 25).

(B) An Alaska Native Corporation.

(C) The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.

(D) The Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

(E) A Native Hawaiian organization (as defined in section 7517 of title 20).
