native mammal
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “native mammal” means any member, at any stage of its life cycle, of any species of the class Mammalia, other than any species regulated by the International Whaling Commission, which is designated as a native species by the Director under section 2405(b)(1) of this title, and includes any part of such member.
