North Korean person
Defined in 2 places of the United States Code.
In this subtitle,1 the terms “applicable Executive order”, “applicable United Nations Security Council resolution”, “appropriate congressional committees”, “Government of North Korea”, “North Korea”, “North Korean financial institution”, and “North Korean person” have the meanings given those terms in section 9202 of this title.

The term "North Korean person" means—
(A) a North Korean citizen or national; or
(B) an entity owned or controlled by the Government of North Korea or by a North Korean citizen or national.
