obstetrical services
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “obstetrical services” means services relating to pregnancy covered under the State plan provided by an obstetrician, obstetrician-gynecologist, family practitioner, certified nurse midwife, or certified family nurse practitioner and does not include inpatient or outpatient hospital services or other institutional services.
