outcome reservation percentage
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
For purposes of subparagraph (A), the term "outcome reservation percentage" means—
(i) for fiscal years 2021 through 2026, 10 percent; and
(ii) for fiscal years after 2026, 15 percent.
