PAC provider
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The terms "post-acute care provider" and "PAC provider" mean—
(i) a home health agency;
(ii) a skilled nursing facility;
(iii) an inpatient rehabilitation facility; and
(iv) a long-term care hospital (other than a hospital classified under section 1395ww(d)(1)(B)(iv)(II) of this title).
