qualified data collection and reporting entity
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “qualified data collection and reporting entity” means an entity with demonstrated expertise in data collection and reporting as described in section 3003(f)(2)(B) of this title, in order to—
(A) provide recipients of grants under this chapter with instruction and technical assistance; and
(B) assist such recipients with data collection and data requirements.
