remote or isolated installation contractor employee

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

The term "remote or isolated installation contractor employee" means an individual who—

(A) is an employee of a contractor;

(B) as such an employee, provides goods or services to a remote or isolated installation; and

(C) resides in the same geographic area as such remote or isolated installation.
