Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
Senior in need.—The term "senior in need" means a senior who experiences cultural, social, or geographical isolation that—
(A) restricts the ability of the senior to perform normal daily tasks; or
(B) threatens the capacity of the senior to live independently.
