service delivery area
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
As used in this paragraph, the term “service delivery area” shall have the meaning given such term for purposes of the Job Training Partnership Act [29 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.] or shall mean a local area as defined in section 101 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 [29 U.S.C. 2801], as appropriate.
