sex trafficking victim
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “sex trafficking victim” means a victim of—
(A) sex trafficking (as defined in section 7102(10) 1 of title 22); or
(B) a severe form of trafficking in persons described in section 7102(9)(A) 1 of title 22.
