statutory advisory council

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

As used in this section, the term “statutory advisory council” means any committee, board, commission, council, or other similar group established or organized pursuant to any applicable statute to advise and make recommendations with respect to the administration or improvement of an applicable program or other related matter.
