tribal justice official

Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.

1 The term “tribal justice official” means—

(A) a tribal prosecutor;

(B) a tribal law enforcement officer; or

(C) any other person responsible for investigating or prosecuting an alleged criminal offense in tribal court.
