United States harvested fish
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
The term “United States harvested fish” means fish caught, taken, or harvested by vessels of the United States within any fishery for which a fishery management plan prepared under subchapter IV of this chapter or a preliminary fishery management plan prepared under section 1821(h) of this title has been implemented.
