voting assistance programs
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
In this section, the term “voting assistance programs” means—
(1) the Federal Voting Assistance Program carried out under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (42 U.S.C. 1973ff et seq.); 1 and
(2) any similar program.
