utfangethef, sax.

In Saxon and old English law. Literally, an out-taken thief. Utfangethef vero dicitur latro extraneus, veniens aliunde de terra aliena, et qui captus fuit in terra ipsius qui tales habeat libertates: utfangthefe signifies a strange thief, who comes from another place, from another's land, and who is taken in the land of him who has such liberties.
