Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Event Defined.—In this section, the term “Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event” means an event authorized under section 582 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 10 U.S.C. 10101 note).
