Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School (SIU Law) is one of four public law schools in Illinois, situated in Carbondale, and is the only law school in the southern region of Illinois. The institution was established in 1972 by the Illinois state legislature, with its inaugural class beginning in August 1973.

The school offers the Juris Doctor degree through a full-time program and is housed in the Lesar Law Building, named after its founding dean. In February 2024, the law school received a $10 million donation from John and Jayne Simmons, prompting its renaming to Simmons Law School.
