A contingent fee is when an attorney charges dependent upon a successful outcome in the case. It is often agreed to be a percentage of the total recovery to the client. Such fee arrangements are often used in negligence cases and other civil actions but not for criminal defense or divorce actions.
Green River is a city in and the county seat of Sweetwater County, Wyoming, United States, in the southwestern part of the state. The population was 11,808 at the 2000 census. The city is known as being one of the first in the United States to ban door-to-door solicitation; see Green River Ordinance. The Mayor of Green River is Hank Castillion, who was elected in November 2006.
