ERISA requires plans to provide participants with plan information including important information about plan features and funding; provides fiduciary responsibilities for those who manage and control plan assets; requires plans to establish a grievance and appeals process for participants to get benefits from their plans; and gives participants the right to sue for benefits and breaches of fiduciary duty. Fair Haven is a Borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey along the Navesink River. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 5,937. Fair Haven was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 28, 1912, from portions of Shrewsbury Township, based on the results of a referendum held on April 23, 1912. Portions of the borough were exchanged with Red Bank on June 17, 1957.
