Services for prison inmates

Patrons served: CLIC is available to all Vermont residents, which includes incarcerated individuals. Services provided: CLIC offers free walk-in legal reference services to members of the public. For inmates, the service is by mail request. An individual may mail a request for a copy of up to five cases, statutes, rules or regulations.
