Patrons served: Serves only inmates in Virginia correctional institutions. Services provided: Fee-based document delivery. No research or reference. Letters only, no phone calls. Inmate must provide full citation or exact pages of item desired. Costs and fees: $.25 per page plus $3.00 postage (no postage charge for Draper or Gunnison inmates). Pre-payment required.
