Limitation on actions arising from skiing

Known as the Alaska Ski Safety Act

The act spans §§ 5–5 (14 sections).

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not bring an action against a ski area operator for an injury resulting from an inherent danger and risk of skiing.
