Management and control of mutual bank; bylaws

Known as the Mutual Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (35 sections).

The management and control of the affairs of a mutual bank are vested in the board of trustees. The board of trustees may adopt, amend, and repeal bylaws governing the affairs of the mutual bank.
