Disclosure of conflicts of interest

Known as the Revised Alaska Trust Company Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (88 sections).

Before accepting appointment as a trustee, a trust company shall disclose any conflict of interest that may reasonably be expected to arise in the relationship.
