The board shall adopt regulations regarding the licensure of physician assistants and the medical services that they may perform, including the (1) educational and other qualifications, including education in pain management and opioid use and addiction;
(2) application and licensing procedures;
(3) scope of activities authorized; and
(4) responsibilities of the supervising or training physician.
