Fees

Known as the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists Practice Act

The act spans §§ 8–8 (27 sections).

The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development shall set fees under AS 08.01.065 for the following: (1) application;

(2) license by examination;

(3) license by acceptance of credentials;

(4) renewal;

(5) temporary permit;

(6) limited permit;

(7) compact privilege.
