Licensure by acceptance of credentials

Known as the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists Practice Act

The act spans §§ 8–8 (27 sections).

The board may license without examination an applicant who is a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, occupational therapist, or occupational therapy assistant licensed under the laws of another state, if the requirements for licensure in that state were, at the date of the applicant's licensure, substantially equal to the requirements in this state.
