AS 09.35.010

Judgments enforceable by execution

A writ of execution may be issued in favor of (1) a party in whose favor a judgment is given that requires the payment of money or the delivery of real or personal property or either of them;

(2) the state on behalf of a victim of a crime or a delinquent act in whose favor a judgment of restitution is ordered.
