Prohibition of use of force for entry on realty

Known as the Earthslide Relief Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (129 sections).

A person may not enter upon any land, tenement, or other real property except in cases where entry is given by law. In those cases the entry may not be made with force but only in a peaceable manner.
