Separate sales of farms or lots

Known as the Earthslide Relief Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (129 sections).

The terms of sales of property shall be known at the time of sale, and, if the premises consist of distinct farms or lots, they shall be sold separately unless the court directs otherwise.
