Quorum of members

Known as the Alaska Cooperative Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (121 sections).

Ten percent of voting members, in person or by proxy, if district delegates, constitute a quorum for an annual or special meeting unless the bylaws provide for a greater number.
