Registered office and registered agent of foreign corporation

Known as the Alaska Nonprofit Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (157 sections).

Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state shall have and continuously maintain in the state a registered (1) office which may be, but need not be, the same as its place of business in the state;

(2) agent, who may be either an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office or a domestic corporation, or a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state, which has a business office identical with the registered office.
