Staggered terms of office for directors

Known as the Electric and Telephone Cooperative Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (77 sections).

Instead of electing all directors annually, the bylaws may provide that directors shall be elected for terms not to exceed four years, or until their successors are elected and qualify, and that the terms of directors shall be staggered so that not all terms expire at the same time.
