Registered office and registered agent

Known as the Electric and Telephone Cooperative Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (77 sections).

Each cooperative shall have and continuously maintain in the state a registered (1) office, which may be, but need not be, the same as the location of the principal office;

(2) agent who is either an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office or a domestic or foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office.
