Criminal trespass in the second degree

(a) A person commits the crime of criminal trespass in the second degree if the person enters or remains unlawfully (1) in or upon premises; or

(2) in a propelled vehicle.

(b) Criminal trespass in the second degree is a class B misdemeanor.
