AS 14.43.154

Collection orders as judgments

A collection order is equivalent to a judgment and becomes vested (1) at the expiration of the 30-day period described in AS 14.43.153(b) if a hearing is not requested; or

(2) on the date the hearing officer enters a decision in favor of the commission if a hearing was requested by the borrower.
