However, a majority of the full board membership is required to carry all motions, regulations, and resolutions. A majority of the members of the boards of fisheries and game constitute a quorum for the transaction of business in a joint board meeting. A majority of the membership of the boards is required to carry all joint motions, regulations, and resolutions of the boards.
