Known as the Commercial Fishing Loan Act
The act spans §§ 16–16 (114 sections).
In AS 16.10.801 — 16.10.840, (1) “commissioner” means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;
(2) “department” means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
