Definitions

Known as the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority Act

The act spans §§ 19–19 (24 sections).

In this chapter, except as otherwise provided and unless the context requires otherwise, (1) “authority” means the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority;

(2) “board” means the board of directors of the authority;

(3) “department” means the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities;

(4) [Repealed, § 22 ch 61 SLA 2015.]
