Noncompliance with procedural rules

A member of the militia who knowingly and intentionally (1) is responsible for unnecessary delay in the disposition of the case of another person accused of an offense under this chapter may be punished by up to six months of confinement, by separation with characterization up to a bad conduct discharge, and by such other punishment as a court-martial may direct; or

(2) fails to enforce or comply with a provision of this chapter regulating the proceedings before, during, or after trial of an accused may be punished by up to one year of confinement, by separation with characterization up to dishonorable discharge, and by such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
