Tenancy by the entirety

(a) The right to hold an estate in land as tenants by the entirety, with the right of survivorship, is recognized.

(b) [Repealed, § 91 ch 6 SLA 1984.] (c) The right of a spouse to convey to self and the other spouse as tenants by the entirety, or as tenants in common, is confirmed.
