In AS 44.25.200 — 44.25.295 (1) “authority” means the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority established by AS 44.25.200;
(2) “board” means the board of trustees of the authority;
(3) “trust” means the trust established by the Alaska Mental Health 10 Enabling Act of 1956, P.L. 84-830, 70 Stat. 709.
