Fees charged by authority; prepayments

(a) [Repealed, § 23 ch 123 SLA 1990.] (b) The commitment fee for a loan commitment by the authority may not exceed two percent of the principal amount of the loan.

(c) The authority may not limit, or charge a fee or penalty for, prepayment of a loan after five years from the inception of the loan.
