Ala. Code § 11-43C-59

Lapse of Unexpended and Unencumbered Appropriation.

(Acts 1987, No. 87-102, p. 116, §59.)

Any portion of an appropriation remaining unexpended and unencumbered at the close of the fiscal year shall lapse.
