Ala. Code § 11-8-16

Applicability of Provisions of Chapter - County Bonds.

(Acts 1935, No. 379, p. 803; Code 1940, T. 12, §86.)

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to county bonds now outstanding or that may be hereafter issued under authority of law.
