Ala. Code § 11-88-75

Appeal from Judgment of Circuit Court to Supreme Court - by Property Owner - Appeal to Be Heard on Record.

(Acts 1973, No. 826, p. 1293, §36.)

Such appeal shall be heard upon the record, which shall set out such of the evidence as may be necessary to a fair presentation of the case.
