Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Human Trafficking Safe Harbor Act

The act spans §§ 13A-6-180 to 13A-6-184 (5 sections).

This article and Sections 12-15-701, 13A-12-123, and 15-5-61 shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Human Trafficking Safe Harbor Act.
